Customer Reviews
Decent prices, easy site
I was looking for some Drew Estate Liga Privada and saw JR Cigars had them. The website was super easy to use, found what I wanted pretty quick. Prices seemed decent compared to a few other places I checked. My order came in about a week, and everything was packed well, no squished boxes or anything. I used one of their humidor solution bottles too and it worked out fine. It was a pretty chill shopping experience, no fuss.
Macanudo delivered fast
Got a 5-pack of Macanudo Cafe. Order was simple. Delivered in 4 days. Cigars were fresh. No complaints.
Good selection, shipping could be faster
I ordered a box of Romeo y Julieta 1875 from JR Cigars last month. The selection on their site is really extensive, I found exactly what I was looking for without any trouble. The price was competitive too, which is always a plus. Shipping took about 7 days to get to my place in Texas, which felt a bit long, but the cigars arrived in good condition, properly humidified. I appreciated the careful packaging. My only minor issue was the tracking wasn't super detailed. Overall, a solid experience and I'd likely order from them again, but I might plan a bit more in advance for delivery.

How long does shipping usually take to like, California? trying to get some stuff before a weekend trip.
thinking about getting the JR Plus membership. Is it worth it for the free shipping or should I just stick with regular orders?
Hey, thinking about ordering some Montecristos from here. are their cigars legit? kinda worried about fakes sometimes.
Thinking of grabbing a box of Arturo Fuentes. Does anyone know if the first order discount code usually works on those? Some places exclude the good brands.
Hey, anyone know if JR Cigars is cool for real stuff? Like, are their Montecristos the genuine article or knock-offs?
